How do I send a new message?

You can send a message to any agent within your MLS. If you send a message to an agent who hasn't activated their Remine account, they'll receive an email notifying them about the message.

  1. In the Chat tab, in the upper right corner, tap the Pencil.png button.

    The New Message page appears.

  2. In the To: box, start typing a name. Matching names will populate below.

  3. Select the name of the agent to whom you want to send a message.

  4. Tap the text box at the bottom of the screen, type your message, and tap Send.

    Your message is sent, and the recipient will receive one of the following:

    • If the agent has activated their Remine account, they'll receive a notification about the message.
    • If the agent has not activated their Remine account, they'll receive an email notification about the message, and they'll be prompted to log in to Remine.
